Sometimes it's hard to open up our hearts. We have the fear of being misunderstood or misjudged. In prayer, even before we utter anything, God knows what's inside our heart. We just need to open everything up to Him.
We must also learn to open up and confide to a trustworthy friend. This will keep us sane. Don't keep all your heartaches...share it...open up to God and to the people who love you.
